Formulating wishes correctly

What are your talents?

It is a difficult question - especially if you have had a childhood trauma, which taught you to survive. Your work does not match your real talents, which makes you not feel happy in what you do.

What would you do if you had hundreds of millions in your bank account right now? To get the right answer to this question, more questions must first be asked of you.

People long for love, freedom and security - self-realization means harmony. Many people think that money will help them fulfill these wishes.

But if you reformulate your wishes and do not say: "I want more money", but "I want more love, freedom and security", then you are already one step closer to what you are really looking for.

Your thoughts have an impact on the formation of your image and identity. If you have formed yourself from survival, you are not visible to your true friend (birds of a feather flock together). Just as many plastic surgeries can distance you from your soul mate, you are kept away from your kind of people when your program is shaped by survival mechanisms rather than your talents.

Stereotypical thinking makes our lives both easier and harder. Easy, because when you build a certain image (acting, jacket, mask) according to the rules of a stereotype, you can more easily get a project or a job. Hard, because you are always put in a box.

But what should people do who, due to a lack of support, have learned a wrong image (a wrong mask)? An interesting question.

"Experiencing new events" and NLP play a role here - learning by doing, learning while experiencing new things.

A thinker - someone who has started to live in his head and over-analyzes - can be set in motion by letting him do and experience things. This works best together with someone who has other qualities, but is successful in the area in which the thinker has built up a negative, unconscious self-programming.

People tend to seek out situations that fit their own thought patterns. In order to reprogram the brain, one must provide new experiences. A highly sensitive person may experience something as unpleasant - this person should not be placed in a situation that only reinforces his or her negative self-programming.

New experiences must therefore be in line with what is experienced as pleasant, but still refreshingly different. It is comparable to a cat that has never eaten fresh fish and ignores it - but when it learns that fresh fish is actually its natural food, its perception adapts.

It is good to be alert to dangers. However, the more one undertakes and solves problems, the better the brain functions.

The rat race is murderous for every mind. Doing the same thing every day increases professionalism, but reduces creativity. In order to get out of the rat race, one must first learn to think differently.

If we keep telling people what to do, they only become more insecure.

When someone thinks that they themselves have come up with the solution that seems so pleasant in a new situation, it works like a balm on a wound.

Problem areas: fear, shame, self-reproach and self-criticism.
